Job Description The Integration Specialist is responsible for the installation, configuration, and technical support of Elekta 's Oncology Information System interfacing solutions. Responsibilities include remote installation and service. Responsibilities Perform MOSAIQ application integration with third party EMR systems. Complete MOSAIQ software component installations and SQL database updates. Perform interface migration tasks for upgrades and new installations. Work closely with integration programmers to develop new interfaces (HL7, XML, API, FHIR, etc.) and trouble-shoot existing ones. Build application specification documents (including but not limited to functional design, workflow, maintenance, and support/troubleshooting, etc.) in applications like Visio, Word, and Excel to keep track of support processes, hardware configuration details, device inventories, etc. Provide product training to the service and support teams.
