Job Purpose To build and maintain high-quality software that meets performance, reliability, and scalability requirements—delivering scheduled features, strengthening system stability, and enabling smooth release execution through effective engineering practices. Job Duties and Responsibilities Programming (Java/Python/JavaScript/C#) Design and development of scalable software systems Data structures and algorithms APIs and RESTful services Database fundamentals (SQL) Testing frameworks and maintainable automated tests CI/CD and release automation Problem-solving and analytical thinking Performance tuning and reliability engineering Defect triage, debugging, and incident reduction Team collaboration and communication Ownership and accountability Technical documentation and attention to detail Required Qualifications Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#) Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms Experience building APIs and RESTful services Working knowledge of database fundamentals and SQL Hands-on experience with testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate clearly Track record of ownership—fixing defects and preventing production incidents Attention to detail and commitment to maintainable, readable code Continuous learning mindset
