Software Test Coordinator

Responsibilities We are Hiring! Join the Division of Infrastructure Operations (DIO) Enterprise Services Team as a SoftwareTest Coordinator! Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute software testing for: Operating System updates Software updates Application updates Security updates Plan and coordinate testing activities with customers and stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing questions and issues. Facilitate communication and mediate discussions between technical teams and customers. Track testing progress and ensure timely completion of testing activities. Verify that software changes meet customer requirements and quality standards. Identify, document, and communicate testing results, issues, and risks. Support successful software deployments by ensuring testing is completed within committed timelines. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of experience or 6 years with a HS Diploma/equivalent Demonstrate experience testing, validating and troubleshooting software packages and applications in an enterprise environment. Experience in creating test plans, test cases and test documentation to track test activities, testing dates and deployment info. Tier 2/3 technical experience with Windows Workstation Operating Systems. Experience using Artificial Intelligence in Software Test Coordinator role. Must be a US Citizen.
