Software Test Engineer / SDET

Our Digital Solutions IT team is searching for a talented Tester to strengthen our QA team for the product ContiConnect. As a Tester, you will contribute to our overall test strategy, ensuring smooth, high-quality releases throughout the entire software development lifecycle. You’ll participate in cross-functional testing efforts, create and execute tests, also assist other teams in adopting best practices that raise the bar for quality across the organization. Main Responsibilities: Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts; Contribute to the overall test strategy, best practices and to the release plan; Communication with identified stakeholders for the execution of integrated testing activities; Integrating with the software development lifecycle, working closely with design, product managers, and development teams; Ensure our product meets client’s specifications within defined deadlines and quality standards; Coordinate and perform manual and/or automated tests to validate product functionality, performance, and quality; Interface with test environments, test data preparation, testing tools, and the implementation of test automation; Mentor development teams to quality best practices. University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other related field; +2 years of experience in software testing; Solid background in manual and/or automated testing, system testing, integration testing and/or UA
