Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Client Software Trainer . This position reports to the Geospatial Team Leader and is responsible for effectively explaining the technical complexities of Client software. The trainer will plan, prepare, and research lessons for the trainees. They will explain the technical complexities of software effectively. The trainer's audience may include people with a wide range of computer skills and educational levels. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. What You Will Do: Works closely with the Business Analyst to develop, plan, and prepare training content. Provides client training on software applications on an individual or group basis. Maintains records for training programs, including evaluations and LMS records. Refines learning tools and techniques. Maintains client engagement during training (e., using visual aids, able to recognize when a group or individual is lost and needs more attention) Reviews the environment prior to training to ensure it is ready and properly configured. Develop and implement comprehensive e-learning strategies that cater to various learning styles and objectives. Participate in the creation of instructional materials (e.g., videos, quizzes, modules, simulations). Incorporate interactive learning methods, including gamification, scenario-based learning, and problem-solving activities, to enhance learner
