About the RoleAs a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, delivery, and evolution of complex digital transformation initiatives. You will own the technical solution from initial discovery and architecture through implementation, optimization, and project completion. This position has a particular focus on application and system performance optimization across Java, IBM i/AS400, and DB2 environments. We are looking for someone who can evaluate performance at both the application and operating-system levels, identify bottlenecks, and architect practical solutions that improve scalability, responsiveness, stability, and overall system efficiency. You will work across multiple projects, conducting research, facilitating technical workshops, documenting solutions, and presenting and defending architectural decisions to clients and internal stakeholders. You will also act as a senior escalation point for complex technical matters and help ensure the successful completion of each project phase.
