We are hiring a Solution Architect to support a global e-commerce leader modernizing the way its teams create and manage content with Agentic AI. In this hands-on role, you will define the target architecture and actively support engineering teams as they build a scalable, low-latency foundation that makes content creation faster, higher quality, and consistently on-brand. ABOUT THE PROJECT Our client is a global e-commerce leader operating a large-scale, service-oriented technology estate with complex cloud infrastructure. They are modernizing their content authoring and knowledge-management platform by introducing Agentic AI to level up how content teams work — replacing dated, legacy authoring tools with a modern, integrated experience. The content spans both internal-facing and external-facing material, so the platform must accelerate content creation and reduce time-to-produce while keeping every piece compliant with the client’s brand voice, tone and guidelines. Our team is building the foundation that powers this initiative: a content platform and an agentic layer on top of it.
