ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a leader who combines deep technical understanding of engineering workflows with the strategic vision and influence to drive large-scale AI transformation in some of the world's most sophisticated engineering organizations. This role sits at the intersection of technical credibility and commercial strategy. As SE Lead, you will own the pre-sales motion on the region's most strategic accounts — leading discovery, shaping transformation plans alongside Sales, and delivering the technical vision that convinces both engineers and executives that NC is the right long-term partner. You will also build and develop the regional SE team, setting the bar for what excellent pre-sales work looks like: rigorous discovery, technically grounded statements of work, and demos that don't just impress but inspire confidence in a real engineering future. Your work will directly shape how Neural Concept wins in the region.
