Overview BGE is seeking a Solution Architect I to help clients solve complex business challenges through data, technology, and process improvement. This role sits at the intersection of business consulting, solution architecture, data strategy, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients to understand operational challenges, define technology strategies, design scalable solutions, and guide implementation efforts. As a member of the Technology Solutions team, you will work with public and private sector organizations to improve how information is managed, integrated, analyzed, and delivered across their operations. This role includes a strong focus on enterprise data, system integration, GIS, business intelligence, asset management, and cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Solution Strategy Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technology needs. Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and implementation strategies. Develop technology roadmaps and digital transformation strategies aligned wi
