Position Overview The Solution Consultant - Business Process Architect is as a strategic and trusted advisor to customers evaluating TraceLink's Supply Chain Agentic Business Process solutions as they navigate their agentic Supply Chain journey. Working closely with Sales Executive, Product Management, Value Engineering, Professional Services, and customer teams, the Business Process Architect leads discovery sessions, evaluates current end-to-end supply chain processes and systems, and designs Agentic Business Process solutions aligned with the customer's Agentic Supply Chain Operating Model and Operating System. The role also delivers tailored demonstrations, solution presentations, technical workshops, and responses to RFPs and RFIs. As a Business Process Architect focused on Supply Chain Agentic Business Processes, you are the primary technical expert and strategic advisor guiding customers through the adoption of TraceLink's OPUS Platform, OPUS Agents, Agentic Control Tower and Agentic Business Network.
