You’ll sit between customers and internal teams, combining technical curiosity, operational rigor, and a strong customer mindset to guide setup, integrations, and adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to solve problems in real time, streamline implementations, and create scalable processes that enhance the onboarding experience.
