About Pave Bank Pave Bank is a regulated, programmable commercial bank built for the modern economy. We unify traditional banking (accounts, payments, FX, and treasury) with institutional-grade digital asset services on a single API-driven platform, letting businesses automate how they move and manage money. About the Role Our clients connect to Pave Bank through our APIs, and you will be their guide from kickoff to go-live. As our Solutions Engineer, you will own the client integration experience end to end: scoping requirements, walking client teams through our API documentation, troubleshooting issues as they build, and making sure every integration launches smoothly. This is a client-facing technical role, not a software development role. You won’t be writing product features. Instead, you’ll be the person who makes integrations painless for clients and who translates between client needs and our engineering team. What You’ll Do Own client integrations end to end: onboarding calls, integration planning, sandbox testing, go-live, and post-launch support. Guide client developers through our API documentation, authentication flows, and sandbox environments. Reproduce and debug integration issues using API calls, logs, and request/response inspection; resolve them or escalate to engineering with a clear write-up. Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients during integration: responsive, calm, and clear. Translate client feedback and recurring pain points into actionable input for product and engineering. Improve integration guides, FAQs, and internal runbooks as you learn what trips clients up. What We’re Looking For Excellent communicator: patient, well-adjusted, and composed with clients, including when things break. Comfortable with basic technical work: making API calls (e.g., Postman or curl), reading JSON, and following logs to diagnose a problem. A structured debugger: you isolate the issue, test a hypothesis, and document what you find. Organi
