Summary: In this role, you will provide leadership to manage and execute upon strategies for a customized contract and program portfolio that meets the unique needs of the Excelerate Health Sourcing, LLC Members. Excelerate is a provider-led, physician-engaged change management model jointly owned by Cleveland Clinic, OhioHealth, and Vizient. The Excelerate sourcing team is charged with delivering best-in-class contracting strategies and expertise that allows its members to capitalize on recurring physician/clinical variation and cost reduction opportunities. This sourcing position will contribute to all aspects of Excelerate’s Orthopedic/Neuro strategic sourcing processes, including opportunity identification, strategy, contract development, supplier partnerships, negotiations, documentation, and clinical packaging for implementation. Responsibilities: Establish and maintain relationships with the Cleveland Clinic staff, Excelerate members, and Vizient stakeholders. Establish and elevate strategic relationships with key suppliers in the Orthopedic/Surgical service lines. In collaboration with the Cleveland Clinic, identify, prioritize, and execute on current and future variation and utilization opportunities. Develop and implement business processes to meet financial goals. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of objectives and goals.
