This position develops and drives sourcing strategies for local & regional initiatives for Facility Management Services that drive value to JLL and our clients. Strategic Sourcing planning and delivery tasks include: Build strong cross-functional relationships and partner with internal Facilities Management teams and clients to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client. Proactively manage internal and external customer expectations by understanding their business needs and priorities Bring strategic thought leadership to account to identify cost and operational efficiencies as it relates to Sourcing or Contract Management activities. Develop category plan to provide visibility to subcategory spends, supplier summaries, stakeholder engagement plans, contract summaries and market insights that lead to both short and long-term strategies. Assess and build annual sourcing initiatives that provide detailed service commodity strategies that identify objectives, leveraged spend initiative, and milestone timelines Lead the development of change management plans associated with sourcing activities to ensure timely communication and engagement of key stakeholders (operational and otherwise) throughout the life of the sourcing initiatives (from planning to execution).
