Special Projects Team Lead

Purpose: Keller Postman seeks a Special Projects Team Lead to support its practice of representing a broad array of clients as plaintiffs in complex litigation at the trial and appellate levels. The Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of Special Projects Assistants. The Team Lead will frequently assess the skills and abilities of each team member to ensure that they are equipped to provide the highest level of service to case teams and other internal stakeholders. The Team Lead will play a key role in the training and development of each of the Special Projects Assistants by providing on the spot feedback and coaching. This is a full-time remote position; however, candidates must be willing to work regular Central Standard Time business hours. Compensation for the position includes an annual base salary of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus the role is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus and benefits. Essential Functions: Responsible for directly managing 5-10 direct reports, providing the necessary training, coaching, and instruction for their day-to-day tasks. Seek out, generate, and maintain internal projects to be worked on during any lulls in project volume. Consistently monitor progress and quality of active projects and keep team on track to complete projects within provided time
