Job’s Mission As an Administration Specialist , you will play a key role in supporting the ASM leadership team for the SK Hynix account, focusing on seamless operational execution and fostering a collaborative team culture. Reporting directly to the Service Director , this role is ideal for one who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to grow alongside the team. What You Will Be Working On Provide dependable administrative support to the local leadership team. Prepare and distribute reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc). Manage general office tasks and assist with departmental operations. Collaborate with team members and leadership on administrative and operational matters. Plan and coordinate site social events (e.g., team-building activities). Troubleshoot reporting issues and respond to special requests with creative problem-solving.
