As a People Analytics Specialist supporting Pandora, you will partner closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, Rewards, and business leaders across multiple markets to build scalable analytics products, automate reporting processes, and uncover meaningful workforce insights. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, technology, and business strategy, providing an opportunity to work with modern analytics technologies including SQL, Python, Tableau, Workday, and cloud-based data platforms to deliver self-service reporting, workforce analytics, and automation solutions that improve the employee experience and drive business performance.
