We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️ 📍London | £56,100 - £75,900 + Incentive Awards tied to performance + Benefits ⭐️ Our Costs Team We're looking for a Cost Performance & Analytics Specialist to lead the Cost Efficiency Team’s digital transformation, helping build scalable processes, governance and automation that support Monzo's next stage of growth This role owns the continuous improvement of finance processes, governance and operating models across our cost base. You'll identify opportunities to simplify work, improve controls, automate manual activities and ensure our finance processes remain scalable, well documented and audit ready. You'll work across Finance, Data, Technology and the business to improve how planning, reporting and governance operate, while helping deliver the Finance transformation roadmap.
