We’re seeking a skilled Senior Professional Services Engineer to deliver tailored technical solutions, successful deployment, configuration, and integration of our software solutions for clients. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions. This role requires hands-on experience of Advanced Call Flow configurations, Digital Channel and basic knowledge Bot configurations. You’ll support data integration, automate processes, and help clients get the most value from our platform. How will you make an impact? Collaborate with clients and internal account teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver tailored reporting solutions. Install, configure, and customize the company’s software products in client environments Develop and enhance client-facing reports using tools, ensuring accuracy and performance. Leverage Python scripting to automate tasks and streamline implementation workflows. Work closely with cross-functional teams (QA, Development, Product) to stay aligned on feature changes and data impacts. Train customers and internal stakeholders on product features and best practices Document solutions, timelines, deliverables, and technical details to ensure clarity and continuity across projects.
