Overview of theSpecialist, Technology Infrastructure: The Specialist, Technology Infrastructure plays a critical role in implementing and maintaining multiple application software packages running on a variety of distributed platforms in multiple environments. The Specialist, Technology Infrastructure ensures the reliability, scalability, and security of application software and any related firmware components. They will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues. They are responsible for staying current with emerging technologies to recommend and integrate innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This role is essential for enabling seamless technology services that empower business continuity and growth. Duties and Responsibilities of theSpecialist, Technology Infrastructure: Install, administer, and support applications running on virtualized platforms, including Linux/Unix, Windows, and OpenShift. Deploy, configure, and supportIBMmiddleware technologies such as CP4I, App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, DataPower, MQ, or WebSphere Application Server.
