We help trade business owners build better businesses through sales and marketing, systems, teams, financial strategies and practical coaching that gets results. We're growing quickly, and we're looking for someone who can turn our events, audience, brand and industry relationships into powerful commercial partnerships. This isn't a traditional account management role. It's a proactive role for someone who can identify opportunities, open doors, pitch value, negotiate deals and build relationships that create measurable outcomes. What You'll Be Doing We're looking for a Sponsorships & Partnerships Manager to build relationships that grow our brand, create more value for our members and generate new commercial opportunities. A big part of your role will be building our event sponsorship engine . You'll identify potential sponsors, create compelling packages, pitch opportunities, negotiate agreements and manage relationships from the first conversation through to renewal. But we're not looking for one-off sponsorship deals. We want long-term partnerships that create genuine value for sponsors while helping us deliver incredible experiences for our members.
