DESCRIPTION As a Senior Account Executive – Voice Specialist at Sinch , you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by combining strategic sales leadership with deep expertise in enterprise Voice and cloud communications solutions. In this overlay role, you will partner closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, Solutions Engineers, and other cross-functional teams to develop and execute complex sales strategies across enterprise accounts. You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers and an internal subject matter expert, leveraging deep knowledge of the Voice communications ecosystem to uncover business challenges, shape solution strategies, and articulate differentiated value. You will engage executive and technical stakeholders, influence complex buying decisions, and lead opportunities from discovery through negotiation and close. This role will focus on accelerating new business and expansion opportunities within strategic accounts, with particular emphasis on Sinch 's Voice portfolio and enterprise communications use cases. You will identify and develop opportunities, contribute to account and territory strategies, lead complex sales engagements, and provide specialized expertise that strengthens the overall customer proposition.
