Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Accountant to support the Director of Finance in overseeing the organization's global accounting operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, managing global payroll operations, overseeing client invoicing processes, and handling day-to-day accounting activities. The Sr. Accountant will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, optimizing financial processes, improving internal accounting procedures, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. This is a hands-on role requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations Partner with the Director of Finance to oversee global accounting operations and ensure accurate, timely, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including general ledger management, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Maintain and strengthen accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Analyze financial results and provide insights to support business and executive decision-making. Global Payroll & Compliance Oversee global payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees and contractors across multiple jurisdictions. Manage and optimize payroll platforms, including Bitwage, Wise, Deel, and Payoneer. Ensure compliance with international payroll regulations, tax requirements, and applicab
