Key Responsibilities: Collect incoming customer payments (checks) from the mailroom on a scheduled basis. Sort and organize checks and remittance documents for processing. Scan checks and supporting documentation into the designated system. Prepare physical check deposits for handoff to the Treasury team or process deposits using the mobile deposit scanner/machine, following established procedures. Maintain an accurate deposit tracker with all required payment details, deposit information, and supporting documentation. Upload or provide deposit information and remittance details to the offshore Cash Application team. Ensure payment documentation is complete and accurate to facilitate proper coding and timely cash application. Research and resolve missing or incomplete remittance information by coordinating with internal stakeholders when necessary. Maintain organized electronic and physical records in accordance with co
