As part of the Technology & Product Operations organization, the Tech COE team partners across GTM Operations to build scalable automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance product quality, and enable smarter tooling. By leveraging proprietary data and technology, the team reduces friction across member, customer, product, and GTM experiences while driving scale across global operations. Reporting to the Manager – Automation, this role is an opportunity to solve complex operational challenges through automation while contributing to high-impact initiatives across the Global Business Organization. Responsibilities : Design Automation architecture for scaling automation footprint by 10X. Build and maintain a large portfolio of Bots/ workflows and scale sustainably. Build agents/ agentic AI for use cases. Measure Business Impact of Automation and pre and post deployment for adherence.
