Sr. Clinical Business Product Owner - CM Workflow

Ideal candidates will possess: Knowledge of Care Management workflows and managed care environments, including regulatory considerations, with experience in care management platforms or clinical workflow automation tools. Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and healthcare data exchange standards, with the ability to support automation efforts alongside technical teams; exposure to AI-enabled tools is a plus. Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational, and technology teams, including experience working with vendors or external partners. Position Purpose: Analyze moderately complex business objectives and engage closely with stakeholder to define product requirements and ensure implementation of product vision. Own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production. Research and analyze complex business system issues and develop recommendations to improve processes Lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects continuously communicating product objectives Build a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated and prioritized Collaborate with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions Simulate and test process systems improvements considering usability and industry standards Approve each feature and continuously communicate with technical and business teams to ensure adherence to product vision and to proacti
