What You'll Do Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance for clinical and corporate positions. Recruit across key roles including Behavioral Health Care Managers, Psychiatric Consultants, Outreach & Engagement Specialists, and other critical business functions. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional talent in highly competitive markets. Build Talent Pipelines Develop and maintain proactive pipelines of behavioral health professionals across multiple states. Build relationships with passive candidates and create long-term talent communities before hiring needs become urgent. Utilize market intelligence to anticipate hiring trends and workforce challenges. Partner with Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to founders and hiring managers on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and hiring decisions. Help define role requirements, interview strategies, and selection criteria. Maintain a high hiring bar and confidently challenge hiring managers when necessary to ensure exceptional hiring decisions. Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience Serve as an ambassador for Colla Health throughout the hiring process.
