Responsibilities Operational Excellence & DSP Performance Lead OpenX ’s Global DSP Operations team across operational performance, technical scalability, and supply competitiveness. Own operational health and performance across DSP partnerships, including bid rates, win rates, QPS efficiency, deal adoption, scalability, signal optimization, and overall SPO competitiveness. Drive scalable operational models that improve DSP performance, increase efficiency, and reduce operational fragmentation. Develop operational frameworks, workflows, escalation paths, SLAs, and governance models across DSP integrations and ongoing partner management. Establish prioritization frameworks across Enterprise, Strategic Growth, and Long Tail DSP segments. Drive operational adoption and execution of differentiated OpenX capabilities, including curation, traffic shaping, identity solutions, inventory packaging, and exchange/supply optimization initiatives. Partner with DSPs to improve auction dynamics, supply quality, scale efficiency, and overall marketplace competitiveness. Monitor and optimize DSP infrastructure health, onboarding processes, endpoint utilization, traffic allocation strategies, and integration performance globally.
