Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Manager Data Governance as part of the Information Technology team based in Bridgewater, NJ. Role Overview The Sr. Manager, Data Governance is responsible for establishing and maintaining Legend Biotech’s enterprise data governance framework to ensure data quality, integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all business units. This leader will develop and enforce policies, standards, and processes that enable trusted, well-managed data assets for decision-making and adherence to industry regulations (GxP, SOX, NIS2, GDPR, etc.). The role collaborates closely with IT, business stakeholders, and compliance teams to embed data governance into workflows and systems. Key Responsibilities Establish and refine governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure secure, effective data management. Align frameworks with business goals and regulations (e.g., GDPR, ROPA, CCPA, HIPAA, GxP).
