Sr Environmental Project Manager - Customer Implementation

I. Job Summary The Sr. Project Manager is part of a small team specifically organized to launch and support new SES operations or provide backfill where needed. This position will report into the Implementation TM and manage several exempt and non-exempt positions. This position will be deployed to new and existing customer locations to plan and direct all onsite or remote activities at highly complex client location(s) with revenues over $.5MM, in relation to the storage, transportation and disposal of multiple hazardous and non-hazardous wastes and other related services following federal, state & local regulations. Manage and plan activities of onsite personnel or 3rd party contractors. Serve as liaison between client and vendors in relation to service issues and contract management. Maintain pre-established standards for safety and environmental issues. Identify regulatory, business, personnel concerns, develop and implement processes and solutions. Additionally, this position will work with management to develop and implement a strategic project roadmap and operational framework. This position will be deployed until these sites have the permanent personnel required to service the project. Travel required 85% of the time Position is remote, but individual must reside in, or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: IL – IN – KY – TN – MI - OH II.
