Sr. Global Supply Manager, Datacenter Memory and Storage (Starlink)

GLOBAL SUPPLY MANAGER, DATACENTER MEMORY AND STORAGE (STARLINK) We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Supply Manager to own end-to-end sourcing strategy, supplier management, and delivery of leading-edge datacenter memory and storage solutions, spanning HBM, DDR5, enterprise SSDs and other memory on the roadmap. In this role, you will partner directly with silicon architects, memory and storage engineers, and platform teams to define commodity strategy, build multi-year technology roadmaps, establish and maintain the approved vendor list, and secure massive-scale supply at the record-breaking build speeds the SpaceXAI team is driving. You will negotiate transformative, high-value agreements, accelerate delivery timelines, actively manage inventory across the supply chain, and continuously optimize for cost, quality, speed, and supply chain resilience in one of the most competitive and dynamic AI infrastructure programs on the planet. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who thrives in ambiguous, high-velocity environments, possesses exceptional commercial and technical acumen, and has a proven track record of delivering outsized results in hyperscale memory and storage procurement. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with engineers and platform teams to define commodity strategy, align multi-year technology roadmaps, and maintain approved vendor lists for HBM, DDR5, server DRAM, SSDs, and next-generation solutions Orchestrate demand forecasting and allocation across SpaceXAI companies to ensure balanced supply support for all programs Own global sourcing, including supplier qualification, multi-sourcing strategies, and performance management to meet build schedules and reduce lead time
