This leader will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy that transforms enterprise data into a strategic asset for Business Development (BD). The role will oversee a multidisciplinary team responsible for enterprise data engagement, reporting and analytics, data governance, systems enablement, and AI readiness. As the Business Development organization continues its digital transformation journey, this leader will establish, on behalf of the BD team and in partnership with enterprise owners, the foundation for future capabilities by creating trusted, reusable, and well-governed data products that enable advanced analytics, Generative AI, Agentic AI, intelligent automation, and future decision-support capabilities. The successful candidate will partner across Business Development and partner with Digital Transformation, Information Technology, Finance, and Senior Leadership to develop long-term strategies that improve operational efficiency, enhance data quality, modernize business processes, and accelerate data-driven decision making across the enterprise.
