This role oversees daily responsibilities to ensure the timely review and approval of disposition requests and compliance support cases related to the NFST team. The Senior Manager, NFST plays a key role as a stakeholder for audits, examinations, and compliance inquiries related to ECOA, FCRA, and adverse action regulations. Job Responsibilities: Participate in the Risk Management lifecycle by creating, updating, and managing tickets in JIRA, including but not limited to, conducting research, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, UAT, and post-implementation validation testing. Provide oversight to all LOS pipelines to ensure correct disposition and folder placement, ensure files are dispositioned in a timely manner when applicable.
