Position Summary The Sr. Manager, R&D AI Solutions & Analytics plays a critical role in advancing AI‑enabled analytics and digital innovation across Research & Development. This role focuses on designing, developing, and scaling analytics and AI solutions that strengthen decision‑making, optimize clinical development operations, and deliver actionable portfolio insights. As a hands‑on contributor within an innovation‑driven team, this individual partners closely with R&D leaders, Digital/IT teams, and external vendors to deliver scalable analytics products, dashboards, intelligent workflows, and AI‑enabled capabilities that create measurable business impact.
