MANAGER, SECURITY HARDWARE Help SpaceX protect life and property anywhere company assets are deployed by leading the Security Systems and Technology Organization. This role is responsible for the global physical security technology stack and hardware organization supporting all SpaceX sites and personnel worldwide; encompassing strategy, systems and hardware integration, architecture, implementation, and lifecycle operations of access control systems (ACS), closed-circuit television (CCTV)/video management systems (VMS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), and related platforms. The Security Systems and Technology Senior Manager will build, mentor, and direct a high-performing global team of specialists while driving enterprise-wide projects, organizational change, system reliability, and continuous improvement through cutting-edge technology. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the Security Systems and Technology Organization, providing strategic direction and organizational leadership for the entire hardware and systems function Lead, mentor, train, and develop the global Security Hardware Specialist organization, including performance management, career progression, and knowledge transfer Develop and communicate the overall security systems and technology strategy, roadmap, and change management plans, aligning with SpaceX business objectives Drive end-to-end systems and hardware integration of access control, video management, intrusion detection, analytics, and related platforms with IT infrastructure, network security, facilities, HR systems, and other enterprise tools to deliver unified, scalable, and resilient security capabilities company-wide Serve as Principal Administrator and License Man
