About the Role Baxter’s Advanced Surgery business is one of the company’s most strategically important and fastest growing divisions, focused on improving outcomes in complex surgical procedures through trusted hemostats, sealants, and adhesion prevention solutions. The business is a priority area for Baxter’s executive leadership, with continued investment in innovation, portfolio expansion, and strategic growth. We are seeking a Senior Manager, Market Intelligence & Customer Insights to play a central role in shaping how Advanced Surgery understands its markets, competitors, and future opportunities. This role owns market intelligence and competitive insights for the division and combines rigorous analytics with strategic thinking to inform long range planning, portfolio decisions, and business development priorities. This is a high visibility role that sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and storytelling. The Senior Manager will work closely with global Marketing, R&D, Medical, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams, and their insights will regularly inform senior leadership discussions. You will join a collaborative, low ego team that values curiosity, partnership, and impact—and you wil
