Job Summary KBR is seeking a highly motivated Sr. Manager, Subcontracts & Procurement to oversee and perform a full range of procurement and subcontract administration/management activities associated with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) compliance across multiple contract types. This includes oversight of supplier qualification, issuing requests for proposals, evaluating proposals, and maintaining subcontract files in accordance with established procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing subcontracting work on a project and ensuring the seamless integration of subcontract work within the broader program, including cost, schedule, technical, and quality management. Under broad direction, the Sr. Procurement & Subcontracts Manager will be accountable for the performance and results of multiple related disciplines or sub-groups within the function, managing the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to managers or professional staff. Additionally, the role involves participating in the development of functional strategy and may include responsibility for global processes and procedur
