Sr. Material Quality Engineering Specialist

The Sr. Material Quality Engineering Specialist is responsible for leading the execution of material quality strategies across the Asia supply base to ensure raw materials consistently meet the brand’s quality, performance, safety, and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Quality Engineering, this role partners closely with Material Development, Product Development, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Product Integrity, and supplier partners to proactively identify, prevent, and resolve material-related quality risks before production. Serving as a key technical liaison between global headquarters and the Asia supply chain, this role drives continuous improvement in material quality systems, oversees supplier quality performance, validates material manufacturing processes, and supports new material commercialization. This role leverages data, root cause analysis, and supplier capability development to improve quality, reduce defects, and ensure consistent execution across mills and trim suppliers.
