Job Description The Senior Product Delivery Manager is a leadership role focused on overseeing the end-to-end delivery of product implementations. This role manages cross-functional teams, coordinating efforts, while maintaining communication with stakeholders. The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities. Strong communication and the ability to effectively work with others across the organization including Sales, Account Management and Marketing (SAMM), IT, as well as the Crum and Forster Product, Underwriting, Legal, and Compliance teams. The position reports to the AVP, Product Management. This role can be a hybrid role with a flexible schedule in our Glastonbury, CT office or 100% remote (must work EST hours). What you will do: Manage the product development process, from the final underwriting approval to launch and beyond, ensuring efficient execution and timely delivery Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manager Ensure product objectives are defined and understood by the team and stakeholders Establish communication strategy to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including leadership, providing regular updates on product progress and addressing any issues or concerns Identify potential risks and challenges with
