Position Summary Under the direction of the Product Lead (for a specific business, segment, or capability set), the Product Manager will define and drive the product vision and roadmap for assigned products, features, and capabilities. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and independence and serves as a subject matter expert on existing capabilities, competitive positioning, and market dynamics. The Product Manager partners closely with Product Owners, design, technology, and scrum teams to ensure effective roadmap development and execution. Job Functions, Essential Duties, and Responsibilities Product Vision and Roadmap Clearly articulate the objectives for assigned products, features, and/or capabilities and define the path to achieving them Develop and own the product vision with a strong focus on measurable outcomes Lead roadmap development in partnership with design, technology, and scrum teams Partner with Sales and Marketing to translate the roadmap into compelling external messaging (“selling futures”) Stay current on industry trends and competitive dynamics, including relative market positioning Identify new opportunities for differentiation, innovation, and growth Client Experience Develop a deep understanding of how target audiences engage with our products across the full customer journey Define and own an end-to-end view of the customer experience and all associated interactions Partner with UX/design teams to plan customer engagement and gather actionable feedback Oversee customer research to inform product requirements and priorities Maintain a relentless focus on usability by identifying and resolving key customer pa
