WHAT YOU'LL DO: Serve as the dedicated QA Automation Engineer for an assigned ART(s) within Workplace Solutions, partnering directly with BAs and engineers across multiple teams. Assess the automation readiness of each team within your ART and help prioritize which applications and workflows to automate first. Help teams set up and organize their QA tooling (qTest folder structure, test repositories, test management processes). Work side by side with BAs and engineers to write, review, and improve automation scripts — teaching best practices and upskilling team members as you go. Assist teams in developing test plans and test scenarios, with a focus on identifying which workflows are worth automating and which are not. Provide hands-on automation scripting support using tools including Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Karate, and/or Postman. Review test
