As a Sr. React UI Developer , you will support an application tech stack modernization effort for a federal financial record-keeping system, and you'll be responsible for converting legacy JSP code to React and creating high‑quality, accessible, and performant user interfaces that support mission‑critical initiatives. You’ll collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to translate user needs into intuitive, engaging, and reliable digital experiences. This role involves pairing deep React expertise with strong engineering discipline, modern front‑end best practices, and the ability to leverage AI‑enhanced development workflows. The Work: Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive React‑based applications using modern UI/UX patterns, JavaScript/TypeScript, and CSS frameworks. Deploy UI components and application content through standard DevOps processes and CI/CD pipelines. Research, understand, and interpret project‑specific requirements and client expectations to inform UI design decisions. Collaborate with Product Owners and designers to apply UI/UX best practices that drive usability, accessibility, and consistency across the application. Translate business and
