We are based out of San Antonio, TX, but are truly a remote and telecommuting company. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager is the primary guiding authority for Agile ceremonies, structure, and delivery discipline across the engineering organization. This role sets and enforces the standard for how Agile is practiced organization-wide — directly coaching and overseeing a cohort of Scrum Masters across a broad portfolio of teams, while personally serving as the acting Scrum Master for a subset of teams to stay close to day-to-day delivery. The role owns the organization's Agile Development Metrics & Quality Accountability Framework end-to-end, translating Jira and GitHub activity into trustworthy delivery and quality signals for engineering and business leadership. The Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager is also the primary Agile conduit between Product Management/Product Ownership and the engineering teams, ensuring scaled Agile practices connect roadmap intent to sprint execution cleanly and predictably. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? 1. Agile Program Leadership & Scrum Master Coaching Set and enforce the standard for Agile ceremonies and structure across 12 teams; directly coach and performance-support 6–7 Scrum Masters. Maintain a consistent Agile operating model (definitions of ready/done, estimation, cadences, escalation paths) across all teams. Resolve cross-team deliver
