This is a remote work and can based anywhere in Brazil. Role Summary The Senior ServiceNow Developer designs, develops, implements, and supports Rimini Street’s ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, SPM, integrations, and core platform services. The role partners with stakeholders to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and configure and enhance the platform in alignment with established standards and best practices.
