By deploying thousands of satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO), we've created a global network that bridges the digital divide, enabling reliable connectivity for homes, businesses, vessels, aircraft, and more. As a Sr. Software Engineer of the Enterprise Product Software team, you'll own software for bring-up and operation of new Starlink products including: Plaser, our space laser product which connects third-party vehicles to the Starlink constellation, Community Gateway, our terrestrial very high throughput parabolic antenna, Starlink Aviation, enabling tens of millions of passengers to experience Starlink worldwide, and more to-be-launched products that leverage Starlink in new industries. You'll drive features at different layers of the stack, including embedded applications, backend systems, and user interfaces. Prior aerospace experience is not a requirement to be successful here - we're looking for ambitious engineers who thrive when they're diving deep on challenging, interdisciplinary problems. Our software engineers are responsible for the complete lifecycle of the software they create, including development, testing, and support. We expect our engineers to close the feedback loop between software design and real-world performance. In this role, your software will have a meaningful and measurable impact on the world.
