As a Sr. Software Project Manager, Complex Projects you will be responsible for: Must live within Southwest Zone: AR, AZ, CO, KS, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, UT, WY Manage large scale, complex cross-functional software implementation projects with a diverse group of clinical and IT subject matter experts from project initiation to closure. Own project governance, including stakeholder management, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items, utilizing standard project management tools and methodologies. Manage relationships with client and partner stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the projects lifecycle. Provide reports indicating installation activities including tight control of project forecast. Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries to ensure timely and effective system installations. Review purchase order transmittals noting any unusual service requirements and follow up with appropriate function. Mentor and support the development of other project managers Advise customers on complex facility requirements, needs and/or changes including, but not limited to active directory and domain requirements, IT security, power and network requirements, workstation layout, and server requirements. Utilize expert knowledge in our industry and convey knowledge to others through the generation of procedures, FAQs, and other technical documentation.
