Your Role: We are seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Tech Lead planning to serve as a Technical Lead, responsible for ensuring supply chain planning global applications meet business requirements and remain in a steady state throughout their lifecycle. This role requires hands-on experience with supply chain planning application such as Rapid Response. As the Sr Specialist, IT Tech Lead planning, you will: Own and manage supply chain planning and reporting applications, ensuring they are designed, operated, and maintained per business requirements. Serve as the Technical specialist, gathering and analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and architecting solutions. Lead system testing execution and change management in a regulated and non-regulated environment. Oversee system maintenance, upgrades, defect tracking, and issue resolution in collaboration with IT and business teams.
