This team delivers industry-defining products including digital multiphase PWM controllers, smart power stages, high-density power modules, DC/DC regulators, and discrete MOSFETs. As a Sr. Staff Program Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing these technologies to market – partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution, strategic alignment, and ramp readiness. Manage end‑to‑end program planning, tracking, and execution – from concept through market launch, including ramp readiness and safe launch activity. Ensure process discipline, budget alignment, and execution efficiency while maintaining focus on priority deliverables and driving global process standardization. Lead capacity‑expansion initiatives across global manufacturing sites, aligning Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to support scalable production. Coordinate and conduct formal Project Gate reviews to ensure alignment, readiness, and decision clarity. Motivate and guide cross‑functional teams toward flawless execution, positive ROI, and disciplined, data‑driven decision‑making.
