Primary Responsibilities: CRM Support & Administration Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users. Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user requests. Configure forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles. Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards. Support system upgrades, releases, and environment management. Business Analysis Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Service and Operations teams. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. Recommend CRM solutions aligned with business needs. Technical Development Oversee, coordinate and execute CRM customizations using: JavaScript Power Automate Power Apps Dataverse Custom APIs and integrations Support CRM-to-ERP and third-party system integrations.
