The Work The Sr. System Architect contributes to the design, configuration, and delivery of Pega‑based solutions that support both business and technical requirements. Under the guidance of senior architects, this role develops core application components, supports integrations, troubleshoots moderately complex issues, and ensures adherence to Pega guardrails and engineering best practices. The role collaborates closely with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions while continuing to grow technical depth in Pega architecture and application development. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design and configuration of Pega‑based solutions that align with business and technical requirements under guidance from senior architects Develop, configure, and implement Pega application components including case types, flows, activities, UI rules, and integrations Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to help define system specifications, workflows, data requirements, and integration needs Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, coding standards, and software engineering best practices throughout the development lifecycle Provide tech
